For primary schools and OOSH
A structured wellbeing framework with visible outcomes. Not just an activity.
COMPAS programs give primary students practical tools for focus, friendship and big feelings, delivered through movement, breath and story that children actually look forward to.
Teachers can’t teach a dysregulated room
Every teacher knows it: learning only lands when children feel settled. After lunch, before assessments, during friendship storms, the room’s nervous system sets the ceiling for the day.
Wellbeing posters don’t change that. Practice does. COMPAS gives students a simple, repeatable way to notice what’s happening inside and choose their way back to focus, and it gives teachers a shared language to prompt it in three words instead of ten minutes.
Outcomes you can see and report
Settled starts
Classes return from sessions calmer and ready to learn, and teachers learn the same reset cues.
Emotional literacy
Students learn to name feelings and respond rather than react, in the classroom and the playground.
A whole-child story for your community
Parents hear about the Northern Star at dinner. Wellbeing becomes something families see, not just a line in the newsletter.
Documentation for your wellbeing framework
Term programs include summaries you can use in wellbeing reporting.

From principals and teachers
“I just want to thank you so much for the amazing yoga class you did with both Year 2 classes today. I have had such great feedback from the students and both teachers. You are amazing!”
Nicole JonesPrincipal, McAuley Rose Bay Primary School“The beautiful story you shared throughout, taking us on a magical adventure to the North Pole, was a perfect addition to our lesson... Your storytelling added such a magical touch that the children were fully engaged and captivated throughout. At the end of the session, the students enjoyed reflecting on their experience and writing down three things they were thankful for. The students can’t wait to do yoga with you again soon!”
Miss BalzerTeacher, McAuley Rose Bay Primary School“Her sessions are inclusive, creative, and therapeutic by nature, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other centres and schools I work with.”

The session children ask to do again
School holiday programs need sessions that hold attention, burn energy and end calm. COMPAS holiday sessions do all three: dynamic story-led yoga adventures that children rate as a highlight, and coordinators rate as the easiest hour of the day.
- Age-split sessions (K to 2 and 3 to 6) so content lands for everyone
- Stackable back-to-back sessions for larger services
- Booked per session, planned around your holiday program calendar
